my shoots always include all of the images.
i think a photo session has a narrative to it that both creates and reveals a lot of connections between family members, as well as between the subject and the camera/me. when i started this business and looked at the way photographers structured their pricing, it just didn't sit right with me. the idea of charging a sitting fee and then charging for the (often amazing) images was something i couldn't bring myself to implement. to that end, my shoots ALWAYS include all of the full-sized, non-watermarked files. yes, clients can purchase prints directly from their galleries, but they can also download and print them wherever they please.
pricing includes all of your images delivered in an online gallery for your viewing, sharing, and downloading. no watermarks. the images are all full-sized and downloadable. YOU OWN ALL OF THE IMAGES!

i take pics until we're all happy - i don't rush things, especially with the little ones - and my timing can be flexible, particularly with the napping needs of a newborn.

simple works best. avoid images, words, and heavy handed patterns on the clothing. dress your kid in their first outfit of choice.
have a few clothing options; gifts from family, things you love... bring your basic diaper bag - wipes, favorite toys, pacifiers, sophie...
the goal is to keep your kids happy while we're taking pictures.
